В статье представлены результаты наблюдения за группой военнослужащих (n = 25) в процессе прохождения срочной военной службы, находившихся на лечении в госпитальном отделении медицинской роты по поводу респираторных заболеваний в период реконвалесценции. Для совершенствования дифференциальной диагностики выпадения волос у лиц мужского пола в возрасте от 18 до 27 лет исследована связь простудных заболеваний с телогеновой потерей волос у данного контингента (основная группа). Сравнительный анализ полученных данных основной группы военнослужащих, находящихся на лечении в госпитальном отделении медицинской роты с респираторными заболеваниями, и контрольной группой здоровых военнослужащих призывного возраста (n = 25) показал, что даже при легком течении основного заболевания может наблюдаться ускоренный переход анагеновой фазы роста волоса до телогеновой.

The article presents the results of observation of a group of servicemen (n = 25) in the process of undergoing compulsory military service, who were being treated in the hospital department of a medical company for respiratory diseases during the period of convalescence. To improve the differential diagnosis of hair loss in males aged 18 to 27 years, the relationship between colds and telogen hair loss was studied in this contingent (main group). A comparative analysis of the data obtained from the main group of servicemen undergoing treatment in a hospital department of a medical company with respiratory diseases and a control group of healthy servicemen of draft age (n = 25) showed that even with a mild course of the underlying disease, an accelerated transition of the anagen phase of hair growth can be observed. to telogen.
