Представлен анализ динамики пуринового обмена в течение 4-х лет у пациентов с асимптоматической гиперурикемией и подагрой с оценкой терапевтических воздействий на метаболические нарушения. Установлено, что пациенты с асимптоматической гиперурикемией без назначения урикостатиков имеют более неблагоприятные тенденции, чем пациенты с подагрой и урикостатической терапией, даже без достижения целевых показателей урикемии.

The analysis of the dynamics of purine metabolism over 4 years in patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia and gout with an assessment of the therapeutic effects on metabolic disorders is presented. It was found that patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia without prescription of uricostatics have more unfavorable tendencies than patients with gout and uricostatic therapy, even without reaching the target indicators of uricemia.
