Трофические язвы стоп у пациентов с сахарным диабетом являются социально значимой проблемой. Адекватная разгрузка стопы является основой лечения таких язв. В статье приведены обзорные данные по лечению нейропатических язв стопы с применением «золотого стандарта» – индивидуальной разгрузочной повязки Total contact cast, а также техника постановки, используемая в кабинете «Диабетическая стопа» учреждения здравоохранения «Минский городской клинический эндокринологический центр». Применение данного метода в клинической практике способно значительно улучшить результаты лечения трофических язв стопы.

Foot ulcers in patients with diabetes are significant social problem. Correct foot of floading is the basis for the treatment of such ulcers. The article provides an overview of the treatment of neuropathic foot ulcers using the «gold standard» – an individual discharge bandage Total contact cast, as well as the staging technique used in the office «Diabetic foot» of the Minsk City Clinical Endocrinology Center. The using of this method in clinical practice can significantly improve the results of treatment of foot ulcers.
