В статье представлены результаты наблюдения за группой военнослужащих мужского пола, проходящих военную службу в Вооруженных силах Республики Беларусь, в возрасте от 18 до 30 лет (n = 48), находившихся на лечении в ГУ «432 ордена Красной Звезды главный военный клинический медицинский центр Вооруженных Сил Республики Беларусь», с диагнозом пневмония (J18.9). Производилась оценка состояния волосяной луковицы, методом световой микроскопии с фиксацией на электронный носитель, в день поступления в стационар и в день выписки; также оценивалось влияние статус курения, индекса массы тела, наличие андрогенетической алопеции на состояние волосяной луковицы, ее фаз роста. Анализируя полученные результаты исследования: ускоренный переход волоса из фазы анагена в фазу телогена различался в зависимости от степени андрогенной алопеции: при первой степени АГА при выписке регистрируется увеличение волоса в фазе телогена в 5,0 раз по сравнению с поступлением, при второй – в 4,2 раза, при третьей – в 1,6 раза (Р < 0,001). Имеет место в два раза большее количество волоса в фазе телогена у курящих в сравнении с некурящими (5,0 ± 2,2 % и 2,2 ± 1,4 %) при поступлении на лечение, Р < 0,005. У госпитализированных с лихорадкой, при выписке отмечается статистически значимый ускоренный переход волоса из фазы анагена в фазу телогена (в среднем 11,3 ± 5,7 %), по сравнению с поступлением (в среднем 4,0 ± 2,4 %), P < 0,001. Проблема телогеновой алопеции остается актуальной, в полной мере не изучены механизмы развития заболевания, не разработано патогенетически обоснованного лечения при данной патологии. Актуальность проблемы курения остается серьезной медико-социальной проблемой и может приводить к ускоренному переходу волоса из фазы анагена в фазу телогена, и требует разработки более эффективных методов борьбы с курением.
The article presents the results of observation of a group of male military personnel serving in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, aged 18 to 30 years (n = 48), who were being treated at the State Institution «432 Order of the Red Star Main Military Clinical Medical Center of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus», with a diagnosis of pneumonia (J18.9). The condition of the hair follicle was assessed by light microscopy with fixation on an electronic medium on the day of admission to the hospital and on the day of discharge; The influence of smoking status, body mass index, and the presence of androgenetic alopecia on the condition of the hair follicle and its growth phases was also evaluated. Analyzing the results of the study: the accelerated transition of hair from the anagen phase to the telogen phase differed depending on the degree of androgenic alopecia: with the first degree of AHA, an increase in hair in the telogen phase was 5.0 times greater upon discharge compared with admission, with the second – 4.2 times, with the third – 1.6 times (P < 0.001). There is twice as much hair in the telogen phase in smokers as in non-smokers (5.0 ± 2.2 % and 2.2 ± 1.4 %) upon admission to treatment, P < 0.005. In those hospitalized with fever, upon discharge, there is a statistically significant accelerated hair transition from the anagen phase to the telogen phase (on average 11.3 ± 5.7 %), compared with admission (on average 4.0 ± 2.4 %), P < 0.001. The problem of telogen alopecia remains relevant, the mechanisms of the disease development have not been fully studied, No pathogenetically sound treatment has been developed for this pathology. The urgency of the smoking problem remains a serious medical and social problem and can lead to an accelerated hair transition from the anagen phase to the telogen phase, and requires the development of more effective methods to combat smoking.
