В статье изложены данные сравнительного нейропсихологического исследования лиц с зависимостью от курительных смесей, субъектов с острыми психотическими расстройствами, не связанными с употреблением психоактивных веществ и лиц с зависимостью от опиоидов. Исследование проводилось с использованием нейропсихологических методов диагностики. Применялся Висконсинский тест сортировки карточек. Результаты исследования с помощью данной методики выявили особенности процессов мышления, которые могут быть ассоциированы с зависимостью от курительных смесей. Особенности устойчивости внимания проводились с использованием методики «Таблицы Шульте». Результаты свидетельствуют о достаточно хорошей психической работоспособности и врабатываемости, но, несмотря, на молодой возраст и небольшой стаж зависимости низкую психическую устойчивость и выносливость.

There are some comparative neuropsycological researches, addicts to smoking blends, subjects which have acute psychotic disorders are not connected with taking psychoactive substance and addicts to opioids in the article. The research was carried out with using neuropsycological methods of diagnostics. Wisconsin Card Sorting Test was applied. The results of the researches discovered the characteristics of thinking processes, which can be associate with addiction of smoking blends assisted by the methods. The attention resistance was characterized by methods of “Shulte Scale”. The results are testify to a rather good psychoactivity, addicts to smoking blends, but in despite of young age and small term of addiction low psycho fixity and tolerance.
