В статье представлены подходы к разным методам диагностики, обсуждаются вопросы терапии и определены показания к специфической терапии ганцикловиром врожденной цитомегаловирусной инфекции.

The article presents options for different, methods of diagnostics. There are discussed questions of specific treatment and indications for with treatment with ganciclovir in infants of congenital cytomegalovirus infection.
