Рецидивирующий полихондрит — системное воспалительное заболевание с многообразной клинической картиной, которая включает структурные и функциональные повреждения хряща, органов чувств, сердечно-сосудистой и нервной систем и почек. Проведен анализ имеющихся данных о патогенезе, клинических проявлениях и методах лечения заболевания. Описано собственное наблюдение рецидивирующего полихондрита.

Relapsing polychondritis (RPC) is a systemic inflammatory disease with varying clinical manifestations that can include compromise of the structural and functional integrity of cartilage; organs of special sense; and the cardiovascular, renal, and nervous systems. The analysis of the present data on pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and methods of treatment is performed. The clinical observation of relapsing polychondritis is described.
