Представлена тактика ведения больных функциональной диспепсией (ФД) в свете основных положений IV Римского консенсуса и Киотского глобального консенсуса по Helicobacter pylori (Нр)-ассоциированному гастриту. Сделаны выводы, согласно которым процесс диагностики и лечения ФД является достаточно затратным, требующим широких знаний смежной патологии и усилий как со стороны врача, так и со стороны пациента.

In this article represented tactics of patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) in the light of the main provisions of IV Rome Consensus and Kyoto global consensus in HP-associated gastritis. Conclusions, according to which the diagnosis and treatment process is quite costly, requires a broad knowledge of a related pathology and effort by doctor and by patient.
