В статье представлен обзор литературных данных по основным аспектам лечения подагрического артрита. Уделено внимание целям и особенностям диетического, медикаментозного и физиотерапевтического лечения подагры. Приведены рекомендуемые лекарственные препараты и их комбинации в лечении подагрического артрита, показания к хирургическому лечению тофусов. Описаны методы интенсивного обучения пациента, которое включает убеждение в необходимости изменить образ жизни, отказ от курения и алкоголя; стремление к идеальной массе тела и соблюдение диеты; информирование о характере клинических проявлений острого подагрического артрита и последствиях неконтролируемой гиперурикемии; о целях и особенностях лечения подагры; способах быстрого купирования острого подагрического артрита, о побочных эффектах лекарственной терапии. Представлены основные терапевтические ошибки в лечении острого периода подагры. В обзор включены исследования по анализу эффективности различных препаратов для лечения подагрического артрита, описана тактика врача при некоторых коморбидных состояниях. Показана необходимость правильного понимания всех вопросов лечения и выбора наиболее оптимальных препаратов индивидуально для каждого пациента с подагрой.

The article provides an overview of the literature data on key aspects of the treatment of gouty arthritis. Paying attention to the objectives and characteristics of dietary treatment, medication and physical therapy of gouty arthritis. Shows the recommended medications and combinations thereof in the treatment of gouty arthritis, tophi indications for surgical treatment. The methods of intensive patient education, which includes a belief in the need to change their lifestyle, smoking cessation and alcohol; the pursuit of the ideal body weight and dieting; information on the nature of the clinical manifestations of acute gouty arthritis and consequences of uncontrolled hyperuricemia; about the purposes and characteristics of the treatment of gout; methods of rapid relief of acute gouty arthritis, the side effects of drug therapy. The main therapeutic errors in the treatment of acute gout period. The review includes studies to analyze the effectiveness of various drugs for the treatment of gouty arthritis, the doctor described the tactics under certain comorbid conditions. The necessity of a proper understanding of all the issues of treatment and selection of the most appropriate drug for the individual patient with gout.
