<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Based on the clinic interview and test inspection it is established that the patients operated concerning a cloelithiasis suffer from affective disturbances with rising of situational, personal anxiety and a depression. Level of situational anxiety level of personal anxiety and level of a depression in these terms didn't differ authentically from indicators at healthy people unlike the persons receiving only traditional treatment. Besides, in six months after operation these patients showed improvement of subjective indicators of somatic convalescence and psychological recovery that confirmed the best way of rehabilitational processes and the favorable forecast.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аффективные нарушения</kwd><kwd>тревога</kwd><kwd>депрессия</kwd><kwd>тофизопам</kwd><kwd>желчнокаменная болезнь</kwd><kwd>медицинская реабилитация</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Cholelithiasis</kwd><kwd>depression</kwd><kwd>anxiety</kwd><kwd>rehabilitation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Prevalence, correlates and recognition of depression among inpatients of general hospitals in Wuhan, China / B.
