Авторами приведен опыт лечения 39 пациентов с переломами тыльного фрагмента основания дистальных фаланг пальцев кисти. В 3 случаях проведено консервативное лечение, в 36-ти – хирургическое (в том числе у 33 пациентов с закрытыми отрывными переломами). Лучшие результаты достигнуты при оперативных методиках.

The authors presented the treatment experience of 39 patients with the fractures dorsal fragment of the base distal phalanges of the Hand. In 3 cases were performed conservative treatment, in 36 – surgical (in this cases 33 patients had closed avulsion fractures). The best results were found in operative methodics.
