В настоящее время неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени является одним из самых распространенных заболеваний в гепатологии, приводящим к ухудшению качества жизни, инвалидизации и смертности, что в первую очередь обусловлено высоким риском прогрессирования с развитием печеночной недостаточности и гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы. Целью настоящего обзора является анализ литературных данных, указывающих на особенности патогенетических механизмов неалкогольной жировой болезни печени, диагностики и тактики ведения пациентов.

Nowadays nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is one of the most widespread diseases in hepatology, leading to life deterioration, invalidization and death rates that first of all is caused by high risk of progressing with development of hepatic insufficiency and hepatocellular carcinoma. The aim of the present review is the analysis of the literature information specifying in features of pathogenetic mechanisms of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, diagnostik and patients managment.
