<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was detected of prognostic factors of cellular parathyroid allograft survival. The relationship between duration of allograft functioning and age of donors and recipients, duration of hypoparathyroidism, amount of transplanted parathyroid cells, serum parathyroid hormone levels before transplantation were studied. Hyperplastic parathyroid tissue, obtained from donors with high parathyroid hormone levels (≥500 pg/ml), duration of hypoparathyroidism more than 5 years, parathyroid hormone serum level before transplantation less than 15 pg/ml, grafting not less than 8 million parathyroid cells contributed to the greatest (&gt;6 months) duration of parathyroid allograft functioning.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гипопаратиреоз</kwd><kwd>паратироциты</kwd><kwd>аллотрансплантация</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hypoparathyroidism</kwd><kwd>parathyroid cells</kwd><kwd>allotransplantation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Hypoparathyroidism in the adult: epidemiology, diagnosis, pathophysiology, target-organ involvement, treatment, and challenges for future research / J.
