Обследованы 46 пациентов с различными функциональными классами хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН). Проведена оценка выраженности синдрома утомления с помощью анкетирования и функциональные тесты для определения физического статуса пациентов (кистевая динамометрия, SPPB-тест, модифицированный тест с 6-минутной ходьбой). Определена прямая зависимость между тяжестью ХСН и выраженностью утомления, мышечной силой, физической активностью, толерантностью к физической нагрузке. Предложено использование шагомера для выполнения модифицированного теста 6-минутной ходьбы.

46 patients with different functional classes of the heart failure (CHF) were examined. By means of the questionnaire and functional tests we made evaluation of the intensity of the fatigue syndrome to determine the physical status of the patients (handgrip test, SPPB-test, modified test with 6-minutes' walk). We were found out close relationship between the severity of the CHF and the intensity of fatigue, muscle strength, physical activity, tolerance to physical exertion. We used a pedometer to conduct the modified test with 6-minutes' walk.
