Цель описания клинического случая: обратить внимание терапевтов, гастроэнтерологов, врачей участкового звена на атипичную клинику течения ишемической болезни сердца. В описанном клиническом случае у пациентки К., 58 лет, были недостаточно оценены данные объективного и инструментального обследования, что привело к трудностям в постановке диагноза и правильной терапии.

The purpose of the case description is to turn attention of internist, gastroenterologist, district doctors to atypical clinic of ischemic heart disease. In the described case of patient K., aged 58 years, objective and instrumental data had been underestimated, which resulted in difficulty in diagnosis and treatment.
