Исследован субпопуляционный состав синовиальной жидкости у пациентов с остеоартритом крупных и средних суставов. У 68,2% пациентов в синовиальной жидкости выявлены фибробластоподобные синовиоциты, что указывает на повреждение синовиальной оболочки. Установлено, что количественное содержание Т-клеток и соотношение их субпопуляций указывает на наличие иммунного воспаления в пораженном суставе.Цель исследования – изучить иммунофенотип клеток СЖ пациентов, страдающих ОА.

Subpopulation composition of synovial fluid in patients with osteoarthritis joints of large and medium-sized was studied. Fibroblast-like synoviocytes were identified in the synovial fluid of 68,2% of the patients. This indicates damage to the synovial membrane.It was found that the quantitative content of T-cells and the ratio of their subpopulations indicates the presence of immune inflammation in the affected joint.
