<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors studied the long-term results of treatment of 102 patients with degenerative injuries of the rotator-bicepital complex on the basis of the 3rd traumatology and orthopedic department of the city clinical hospital No. 6 of Minsk from 2012 to 2017 using widely accepted approaches based on the introduction of hormonal drugs. Patients were divided into two groups, in the first group; the drug was administered under ultrasound guidance, in the second group by anatomical orientation. Controlled drug administration significantly improved the results of targeted drug administration and achieved more favorable treatment outcomes in patients with damage to the rotator-bicepital complex, when evaluated according to the OSS scale, the average value of the indicator before treatment was 55 [44; 57], after treatment – 16 [12; 22] and on the UCLA Shoulder Scale, before treatment with Me [Q; Q] – 16 [8; 23], after treatment with Me [Q; Q] – 37 [30; 38]. A large number of adverse results on the OSS scale – n = 8 (17.4%) and on the UCLA Shoulder scale – n = 14 (30.4%) make us think about improving the existing tactical approaches to the treatment of partial degenerative injuries of the rotator-bicipital complex.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ротаторно-бицепитальный комплекс</kwd><kwd>глюкокортикостероиды</kwd><kwd>ультразвуковой контроль</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>rotator-bicipital complex</kwd><kwd>glucocorticosteroids</kwd><kwd>ultrasound control</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Walch G., Noel E., Boulahia A.
