<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
The authors present the clinical and epidemiological features of West Nile fever among adults in Belarus. To solve the set tasks in this research, we used methods of epidemiological diagnostics and statistical research methods. To identify predictors of a severe disease patterns and an unfavorable outcome of the disease, we analyzed various parameters with the calculation of the odds ratio. According to the results obtained, the Republic of Belarus is characterized by summer seasonality when infected with the West Nile virus.

According to the results obtained, the Republic of Belarus is characterized by summer seasonality when infected with the West Nile virus. In the age structure of patients with West Nile fever, the largest proportion is provided by young people (72.7%).
