Антитромботическая терапия у пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий и острым коронарным синдромом: проблемы и пути их решения

В статье представлен обзор современных подходов к комбинированному назначению антитромботических препаратов у пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий, имеющих показания к приему оральных антикоагулянтов, при развитии у них острого коронарного синдрома, требующего назначения парентеральных антикоагулянтов и антиагрегантов. Эти подходы направлены на повышение эффективности антитромботической терапии при снижении риска развития геморрагических осложнений.
