Author Guidelines
- Articles should be written at a high scientific and methodological level, meet the requirements of international nomenclature (anatomical, histological, etc.), have a military-medical orientation, reflect the topical problems of military medicine, cover the advanced experience of specialists at different medical care units, contain the latest scientific data and practical recommendations. The article should be submitted with an expert opinion. One copy of the approved author’s Certificateor license must be attached in the case of to the invention or rationalization proposal. The published articles must not disclose the information constituting the state or other legally protected secrets.
- The article should be typed on one side, double-spaced and in 3 copies, font Times New Roman 14. The width of the left margin is 3 cm, top and bottom – 2.5 cm,
right – 1 cm. - The volume of original articles, including figures, tables, and literature references should not exceed 12 pages, scientific reviews and lectures – 15 pages, other types of articles – 8 pages.
- The initials and surnames of the authors, their academic titles, degrees, the name of the institution they are affiliated with, the initials, and surname of the scientific supervisor are indicated
at the very beginning of the article. - At the end of the article there should be the signatures of all the authors, their full names, home addresses and telephone numbers.
- The article must be accompanied by an abstract in English (3 copies) reflecting the main content of the article of no more than 10 typewritten lines. At the beginning of the abstract the author's name, the title of the article and key words should be indicated.
- At the end of each original article a reference list (References) of the sources used
by the author (no more than 10 references) should be attached. In compiling the reference list it is necessary to indicate the sequence number, the author's name and initials, the full title of the article, book or journal, place, year, volume and page number of the publication. In the text the author makes reference
to the reference number. The names of national authors are followed by those of foreign authors – all in alphabetical order. For clinical reviews and lectures no more than 50 reference sources
are allowed. - The text of the article should be printed in the following order: abstract in Russian and English, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusions, and the list of references in MS Word format.
- The article should be carefully edited and verified by the author.
- Abbreviations of words are not allowed except common chemical abbreviations, mathematical variables, measures, and terms. The author of the articles should use the SI system of units.
- All figures and percentages given in the tables, graphs and diagrams should be carefully checked by the author and should match the figures in the text. The text must specify their location and serial number. All tables, charts, and graphs should be entitled. The amount of graphic material should be minimal. All pictures, graphics, and figures should be of 9×12 cm size in 2 copies
with the obligatory indication of the number, the author’s name and marked «up» and «down»
on the back side. - In the captions to micrographs, the magnification (ocular, lens) and the method of coloring or impregnation of the material should be indicated. The figure captions should be provided on a separate sheet of paper.
- Be sure to provide materials in electronic form in compliance with the above rules.
- The editors reserve the right to shorten and edit the submitted articles.
- It is mandatory to have the article signed by the Head of the Department and the Director
of the Institution. - The following data (name, academic title, degree, position, institution, city) should be attached to the article.
- Articles, previously published or already accepted for publication by other editors,
should not be submitted. - Articles written by foreign authors in English and Belarusian languages should be submitted
in the original language. - In case of violation of these rules the articles will not be considered.

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.
Internet links are provided as a complete URL.
Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text (and not at the end of the document).
Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in Regulations located in the Part "About Us."
Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the anonymity of reviewing.
