Заболеваемость системной красной волчанкой среди взрослого городского населения в белорусской популяции

Статья посвящена эпидемиологическим характеристикам системной красной волчанки как одного из самых распространенных системных заболеваний соединительной ткани. Приведены данные по возрастным, половым, расовым, географическим различиям данной патологии в разных странах. Большое внимание уделено подробному рассмотрению данных первичной заболеваемости (инциденс) и общей заболеваемости (преваленс). Анализируются результаты собственного исследования преваленса и инциденса системной красной волчанки у городского населения Республики Беларусь. Предлагается пример использования полученных результатов для расчета нуждаемости пациентов с системной красной волчанкой в специализированной стационарной медицинской помощи при ее рациональном планировании.
