Проблемы диагностики и лечения гангрены фурнье

Гангрена Фурнье является редким заболеванием с тяжелым течением и высокой летальностью, прогноз при котором зависит от своевременной диагностики и сроков хирургического вмешательства. Неспецифические клинические проявления и стремительное развитие воспалительного процесса создают определенные трудности для врачей-хирургов в постановке правильного диагноза и лечении таких пациентов. В данном обзоре представлены вопросы диагностики и лечения гангрены Фурнье на современном этапе развития медицины.
