Improving epidemiological surveillance of infectious and parasitic diseases in the Armed Forces using automated technologies

Abstract
The article presents the main components of the epidemiological surveillance system for infectious and parasitic diseases in the Armed Forces, the improvement of organizational forms of anti-epidemic protection of troops by developing an automated information and analytical system to support epidemiological surveillance, describes the architecture of special software, technology stack, and algorithms for its functioning. The development and implementation of special software to support epidemiological surveillance will automate the processes of accounting, registration, retrospective and operational epidemiological analysis, monitoring possible complications of sanitary and epidemiological situation in order to timely develop measures to prevent the introduction, occurrence and spread of infectious and parasitic diseases in the Armed Forces.
