The data about the features of course mental processes at persons with exception states, which will defining the possibility of commiting by them against law actes are presented. The disorderes of mental activity in the vew of breaking perception, way of thinking, emotions and move-willing sphere with disorderes organization of behaviour in the time of turn for the exception states creating the conditions for to appearance of criminal events using in law guard practice.On the data of justice-psychiatrical expertise the possibility of manifestation social-danger behaviour in the vew of social-danger actes connecting with the presence keen mental disorderes at the moment of commiting the social-danger action, that connecting with physical and mental exhaustion, observing of the unhealthy mode of the life. In the article have been examined the commom and private the signs of the exception states, which furthering against law behaviour. One must considering the needing of the avertion arising the exception states in the view carring the measures by propaganda of the health mode of the life. The present article has concrete practical meaning.
