Based on the literature and our own data shows that the widespread use of effective drugs based on monoclonal antibodies in the Republic of Belarus, made possible by the introduction of the practice of morphological studies of tumors from 2008 immunohistochemical determination of markers required for the appointment of targeted therapy. Most often, these studies are used in breast cancer and limfoproliferatinyh diseases. Along with increased consumption of imported drugs for oncology tasks 2.8 times in terms of money, on an increase in the period 2010—2014 immunohistochemistry costs., more than 10 times. In 2016., due to the arrival on the market of new firms immunohistochemical diagnostics distributors, their price has dropped significantly. However, there is a question of methods of debugging and the certification of immunohistochemical studies.
