Possibilities for the prediction of disease progression after radical surgical treatment of gastric cancer

Abstract

It has been provided a method for predicting of disease progression after radical surgical treatment of gastric cancer, that includes evaluation of the methylation status of RECK gene primary tumor and in the peritoneal washings after lymph node dissection in combination with the assessment of the degree of metastatic involvement of regional lymph nodes.
