The daily clinical practice today in many respects is defined by modern international managements which key positions are under construction on results of the most demonstrative data received at carrying out of clinical researches. In the last (2017 year) wording the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease(GOLD) new principles of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) diagnosis and treatment of which at an assessment of weight of a condition of patients consider not only respiratory function, but also expressiveness of semiology, as well as propensity to aggravations are stated. New principles of COPD diagnosis allow to estimate more full features of disease of the patient and more differentially to approach to the therapeutic problems decision.
