The main clinical manifestations of affective disorders are presented in the form of symptom complexes of individual space, the vector of individual time, the rate of its movement and the physical qualities of the temporal spiral violations. It is argued that the clinical symptoms of affective disorders are due to the identified spatio-temporal disturbances and as having a physical basis can be measured in proper quantities. The mechanisms of occurrence of atypical clinical manifestations of affective disorders have been revealed. Recommendations for the management and treatment of patients have been developed.
