Целью лечения пациентов с инфекционными осложнениями после остеосинтеза является достижение консолидации перелома и предотвращение развития хронического остеомиелита. Для успешного результата необходимы адекватные хирургические вмешательства в сочетании с 6–12 неделями антимикробной терапии, действующей на микроорганизмы-возбудители. При хроническом остеомиелите ортопедические и пластические реконструктивные операции должны сочетаться и дополнять друг друга. В этой статье рассматриваются вопросы лечения инфекций, связанных с интрамедуллярным и накостным остеосинтезом длинных трубчатых костей.
