Микроангиопатические анемии. Сообщение 2
Аннотация
Американский врач Moschcowitz в 1924 году сделал сообщение на заседании Нью-Йоркского Патологического Общества об истории болезни пациентки с лихорадкой, анемией, петехиями, развитием ишемического инсульта и острой левожелудочковой недостаточности, выявленными множественными гиалиновыми тромбами в терминальных артериолах и капиллярах внутренних органов. [6,30]. С 1947 года в медицинскую практику введён термин «тромботическая тромбоцитопеническая пурпура», или болезнь Мошковица, активно использующийся в настоящее время.
