The most important task of training in medical school – training of specialists in charge of practical public health requirements. Currently, the training stimulus is becoming a mandatory component of training. It is based on modeling professional activity provides an opportunity for each student to repeatedly perform the elements of medical activities in accordance with accepted professional standards. This allows them to study the reaction to the situation, so as they would do in real life. Implementation of a simulation staged training of anesthesiology and intensive care enables pupils to more effectively learn the theory and practice of anesthesia and intensive care patients in a critical or terminal condition. Also, the organization of training significantly increases the objectivity of evaluation of students and their motivation to learn. The article describes the motivation and the general principles of organization of a simulation training at the department of anesthesiology and intensive care at the Belarusian State Medical University.

Taking into account the fact of increase in allergic diseases in children and adolescents, natural to represent the interests of doctors, including the military doctors, to the under-researched issues of epidemiology, diagnosis and prevention of allergic diseases. Epidemiological studies have established that the data of the draft-age commissions of the Republic of Belarus on allergic diseases have been found unfit for military service 2.6% of recruits. However, 11.8% of the surveyed conscripts established risk factors of allergic diseases. Allergic survey shows that 2.8% of them are installed allergic diseases, preventing the passage of military service, indicating underdiagnosis of them at stages of pre-conscription and conscription medical examination . Unfit for military service due to allergic diseases found 1.8% of all recruits, past medical draft commission and 5.5% of all recruits recognized as unfit for military service during this period in various diseases. It is necessary to implement a method of medical examination of young people suffering from allergic diseases, while encouraging them to military service, aimed at reducing allergic disease, and the prevention of the return of allergy patients from the troops.

The article presents the results of experimental studies conducted in laboratory rats (n = 85) with models of clean wounds 2.5 cm in diameter. We used multipotent mesenchymal stem cells (MMSC) derived from adipose tissue (AT), and photoregulatory exposure (PRE) using monochromatic polarized light-emitting diode radiation (PLEDR) with wavelength λ = (0,630±0,03) μm and density of the irradiation energy 10±5 J/cm2 for their treatment. Five groups (according to n = 17 animals in each) were formed: 1 — control (spontaneous regeneration of the wound) and 4 — major groups. It was reliably determined that a higher rate of wound regeneration was observed in groups with the use of cellular biomaterial and PRE. It was revealed that the course of the healing processes of the experimental wound defects depended on the conditions (scheme) of the transplantation — both the number of MMSCs used and the multiplicity of their local administration. It was found that the local application of PRE and MMSC led to an acceleration of phase change in the wound process and to a significant reduction in the duration of epithelialization of wound defects.
A comparative analysis of the clinical effectiveness of the gastric shunting operations in patients with morbid obesity, depending on their type identified eating disorders. It was found that the highest efficiency of operations was observed in patients with type externality eating disorders worse outcomes in patients with restrictive and emotion-type. There is the expediency of developing methods and improving existing methods of bariatric surgery. The choice of method of surgical treatment of a patient with morbid obesity should be based on the definition of psychological TNPP patient.
Back pain is one of the urgent problems of modern medicine. The present study aims to conceptually new understanding of the pathogenetic mechanisms of pain with lumbar degenerative disk disease, viewed from the perspective of the whole organism of the disease. The results of the examination and treatment of 628 patients neurological department. For the first time the criteria of clinical and pathogenetic variants reflected vistsero-vertebral lumbar pain, depending on the predominant pathology that caused pain syndrome (vertebral, visceral, or combinations thereof). The findings suggest an important role of concomitant visceral pathology in the formation and manifestation of pain in the lumbar degenerative disk disease.

The article presents the results of a study of 152 patients by direct oximetry. Objective: to show the pattern of violations of the microcirculation of the skin of the anterior abdominal wall in acute pancreatitis, as well as to study the respiratory anterior abdominal wall skin activity in the dynamics of development of the disease. The findings suggest that the development of acute pancreatitis hypoxia leads to skin of the anterior abdominal wall. Pancreatic necrosis is greatly exacerbated microcirculatory disturbances in the skin of the anterior abdominal wall, than interstitial pancreatitis. Among the complications of acute pancreatitis is the most effect on the tissue respiration has pancreatic necrosis, and among related diseases - anemia.

The structure of individual models of man’s consciousness with inherent to him spatio-temporal spheres, where a basic place is occupied by the real sphere which at psychical pathology is substituted by others or disappears wholly is described by authors. The variants of spatio-temporal consciousness models of healthy people and patients with psychical disorders are presented.
The aim. The determination of regularities of the microcirculation revealed by edemometry.
Method of edemometry tissue of the first interdigital interspace brush the studied parameters of the microcirculatory environment in 48 healthy individuals aged 20 to 65 years, 38 — with various diseases and nieznanowice vital organs, 45 — a variety of diseases, 11 — in terminal condition. Includes 10 experiments on dogs with the definition of the integral indicators of the liver, spleen, pancreas, greater omentum, rectus abdominis, lung and right atrium. 13 patients with acute cholecystitis and pancreatitis anemometry performed simultaneously in the first interdigital spaces of the brush, the ear lobe and axillary-brachial fold. Obtained in the study data are subjected to comprehensive analysis. In this study they are assessed in terms of identifying patterns of microcirculation and its changes in the age of 20 years and older.
Identified several patterns of activity of the microcirculation:
— Age-related changes,
— An inverse relationship, the maximum pressure decreases from the integral of the microcirculatory pressure,
— Structural build of the whole system,
— Microcirculatory synthesis of its components,
— Unity and continuity vascular, intercellular and tissue components of the environment,
— Genetic determination of the cellular elements,
— System response to disease and effects on the body.
The functional activity of the microcirculation is carried out in the framework of these laws and, thus, ensures the existence of the organism in the environment.
