The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of emotional arousal of various modalities (anger, fear, sadness, joy) on the functional indices of the cardiovascular system at different degrees of cardiovascular pathology. 105 patients with high and low total cardiovascular risk were examined, at which the values of these indices were recorded at the peak of emotional excitement. It was found that in a state of emotional excitement in patients with a high cardiovascular risk such indices as systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure were significantly elevated and heart rate, a double product were significantly lowered versus the patients with a low cardiovascular risk and a shift of the Kerdo index to the parasympathetic zone was noted. Modality of emotions, on the whole, has little effect on the functional parameters of the cardiovascular system.
Cardiavascular diseases are the number 1 cause of death worldwide. Number of patients, suffering from congestive heart failure are constantly increasing. One of the most dangerous complication of congestive heart failure is cardiogenic pulmonary edema.
Objective: To identify effectiveness of mechanical lung ventilation in cardiogenic pulmonary edema (CPE) patients.
Methods: It was a retrospective study of 87 CPE cases treated with mechanical lung ventilation. Severity of CHF and associated pathologies were stratified. Weaning this patients from mechanical ventilation were studied.
Findings: In group of survived patients severity of CHF and associated pathologies were less expressed. In group of successful weaning from mechanical lung ventilation all criteria of weaning where followed much accurately.
Conclusion: Mechanical lung ventilation allows to cure cardiogenic pulmonary edema. Weaning from mechanical lung ventilation without following the criteria rules to repeated ventilation and increasing mortality.
The authors presented the treatment experience of 39 patients with the fractures dorsal fragment of the base distal phalanges of the Hand. The results of the authors spatial-temporal analysis of affective disorders showed that the essence of the latter lies in the excessive increase and decrease of the individual spatial-temporal asymmetries degree during a single episode, resulting in fall of sleep-wake stable phases of wakefulness and sleep, and hypertrophia of the linking – of wakefulness and sleep phases. The individual patients time becomes unidirectional to forward and up at mania or to backward and downward in depression, which leads to violations of individual spatio-temporal models exaggeration or minimization of the patients consciousness spheres.
